Yoga, meaning “union” of body and mind, is a practice that fosters balance, presence, and well-being.

Hello and welcome
I am Sara, an American-British citizen, hailing from California and based in East England.
I am a Senior Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance UK and have been teaching in the United States and in Europe for the past 20 years.

Inspired by my training in the Yogic traditions of Iyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin, I offer a thoughtful blend of strength-building postures, flowing sequences and restorative practices that better connect us with ourselves, each other and our environment.
I have a background in contemporary dance and somatic practices that offer me deep movement expertise, anatomical knowledge, injury prevention tips and a wholistic approach to create a practice that is both inspiringly challenging and deeply restful.

My classes are open to all levels, no experience is necessary, and are designed to

I currently teach:
Online Dynamic Gentle Flow Yoga every other Sunday 10am-11am
NEW Yoga class at Carrow House in Norwich (open to all levels) starting September 2025
